Siraya Tech Fibreheart PPA-CF: Unleash the Power of Carbon Fiber Reinforced 3D Printing Siraya Tech Fibreheart PPA-CF is a cutting-edge 3D printing filament engineered for demanding applications. By combining the inherent strength of high-temperature nylon with 15% chopped carbon fiber reinforcement using our Smart Fiber Reinforced Technology, Fibreheart PPA-CF unlocks new levels of performance in 3D printed parts. Experience the Fibreheart PPA-CF Difference: Unmatched Strength and Stiffness: Our Smart Fiber Reinforced Technology evenly distributes carbon fibers, creating a robust internal structure that dramatically enhances mechanical properties and virtually eliminates warping. Ideal for functional prototypes, tooling, and end-use parts. Exceptional Dimensional Stability: With moisture absorption 10 times lower than PA6 nylon, Fibreheart PPA-CF is easier to print and delivers more reliable results, even in humid conditions. Your parts will maintain their shape and integrity, time after time. Self-Lubricating Properties: The addition of carbon fiber imparts a low coefficient of friction, making Fibreheart PPA-CF ideal for gears, bearings, and other moving parts that experience wear and tear. High-Temperature Performance: Fibreheart PPA-CF maintains its strength and shape at temperatures up to 195C, making it suitable for a wide range of high-heat applications, including automotive and industrial components. Easy to Print, Exceptional Results: Each 1kg spool of Fibreheart PPA-CF is vacuum-sealed in an aluminum foil bag to protect against moisture. For optimal printing, use a hardened steel nozzle (0.4mm or larger) and recommended settings from our user guide. An enclosed printer is recommended. If the filament is exposed to moisture, dry in an oven at 100-120C for 4-6 hours. Keep unused filament tightly sealed in its bag.
