Fibreheart PPA-GF: Where Strength Meets Stability. Push the boundaries of whats possible with FDM 3D printing. Siraya Techs Fibreheart PPA-GF is an industrial-grade composite material engineered for the most demanding applications. Weve combined a high-performance PPA (Polyphthalamide) Nylon base with specialized short glass fibers, creating a filament that delivers a powerful combination of stiffness, extreme heat resistance, and unmatched dimensional stability. The Low-Moisture Advantage Unlike conventional nylons that are notoriously difficult to print due to moisture absorption, Fibreheart PPA-GF is inherently resistant to humidity. This results in: Predictable, Reliable Printing: Drastically reduced warping and shrinkage for higher print success rates. Superior Mechanical Properties: Excellent layer bonding creates stronger, more isotropic parts. Exceptional Accuracy: Your final parts will match your digital models with outstanding precision. Printing & Technical Guidance: To achieve the best results with Fibreheart PPA-GF, please follow these guidelines: Nozzle: A hardened steel or other wear-resistant nozzle is required due to the abrasive nature of glass fibers. Hotend Temperature: 300 - 320C (All-metal hotend recommended). Bed Temperature: 80 - 110C (PEI, Garolite, or glue stick is recommended). Enclosure: A passively heated or fully enclosed printer is highly recommended to ensure thermal stability. Drying: Dry filament at 80-100C for 4-6 hours before printing for optimal results. Always store in a dry box.
